Being a Loan Consultant and Agent of various Financing companies in a Financial Market the task is not a joke because you will have to double your time in order to publish your marketing materials directly to your target.That is very exhausting and time consuming. I keep asking for referrals from friends and from my previous clients and in addition to that I also hired somebody to distribute a flyer for my Ads.Then one day I found SUlit.com.ph in the search engine. At first I registers just for curiosity and try my 1st Ad post.Then after 2 weeks i got ad Inquiry but it was not qualified. On the 3rd week of my post I decided to add another Ad post and edit my existing 3 weeks Ad so now I got 2 Ads already. Please don’t complain about the requirements when applying Loan. I met a lot of Borrowers complaining and saying negative words about the requirements. We cannot process your Loan application if you are lacking 1 or two of the required Documents. Remember that those required documents are also our basis on determining and processing of your Loan. If you can’t comply to our requirements, better not to apply,don’t waste time. So read carefully the list of requirements it would be nice if you write them and check them before you proceed to apply. There maybe some or additional requirements we asks you to provide but those are only are confirmations if your documents submitted are questionable.

When you are inquiring using SMS please answer some of the questions being ask like your full name, your address, etc. It is part of the interview and pre-qualification.

Proof of Billing an Important Requirement

We have been always asked by our Clients if they could submit Proof of Billing ( like: Electric bill, Water, Cable, Telephone etc.) even though it is not under their name because maybe they are just renting or the house is owned by their parents or relative. Ofcourse the Client( Borrower) can use that proof of billing but they have to provide additional requirements like Barrangy Clearance and police Clearance addresed in the address they declared in the application form. Or they may submit a NBI Clearance showing their present adrress in the application form.

- they are owned house or used free ( for five years )
